Our client sought to revamp their annual conference and gala dinner by infusing a futuristic and modern theme into the event. Given its recurring nature, they aimed to captivate delegates with a fresh experience while ensuring an enjoyable conference atmosphere.
Our solution:
ATM Events played a pivotal role in orchestrating various aspects of room theming and activities for our clients conference and gala dinner event. On the first night at the Birmingham Metropole’s Palace Suite, we orchestrated a transformational experience. Inflatable walls with branded color uplighters were installed, defining the space and imbuing it with a cozy yet contemporary ambiance. The incorporation of LED Freedom Sticks around the stage resonated with the theme of ‘accelerate,’ adding dynamism by synchronizing their movements with the music, delighting and engaging guests. Additionally, a circular LED bar, branded and color-programmed to match our client’s identity, served as a focal point, showcasing its versatility by adapting to different configurations each night. To cater to guests’ culinary needs, six branded food stalls flanked the room, offering sustenance after intense conference sessions. A standout feature was the edible mist orbs, offering both non-alcoholic and alcoholic mist options, which became a playful and memorable activity during networking sessions.
The second evening transitioned seamlessly into a gala dinner setting, characterized by LED triangular branded centerpieces, an LED infinity dancefloor, and a branded LED photobooth. These elements, combined with captivating live performances by a band and DJ Jordan North, created an immersive and unforgettable experience for attendees.
