Our client came to us with a Wild West theme in mind and a venue already booked. They wanted a fun summer party for 200 employees, and asked us to bring the theme to life.

Our client wanted to celebrate their hardworking team with a memorable summer party. With 200 employees attending, the event needed to feel like a proper treat – a chance to let their hair down and connect outside of the office. They had already secured a venue and had a few ideas in mind but were looking for our expertise to bring a Wild West theme to life. Their goal was to create a fun, engaging atmosphere that felt both immersive and social.
Our Solution:
Transform The Venue Into A Wild West Wonderland
We took their initial ideas and ran with them – crafting an authentic Wild West experience that had guests fully immersed from the moment they arrived. To set the scene, we dressed the venue with saloon doors, cacti, and totem poles, transforming the space into a Western wonderland.
Entertainment was key to the success of the evening: we booked a live five-piece country band and a professional line dance caller who got everyone up and moving. Two rodeo bulls brought out some friendly competition, while three traditional fun fair stalls added a nostalgic, light-hearted touch. Every detail was designed to enhance the theme and give guests a night they’d be talking about for weeks.
