Our client envisioned an annual Themed Event and Christmas party that would leave a lasting impression on their guests, aiming to surpass the grandeur of previous years. They opted to keep the theme under wraps until the moment guests arrived, building anticipation for an unforgettable experience. This year, they settled on a captivating 1920s theme.
Our solution:
ATM Events undertook comprehensive event management for our client, beginning with the presentation of various theme options and culminating in the tailored proposal for the chosen 1920s theme. We meticulously handled all pre-event logistics, including venue selection, supplier coordination, entertainment booking, creation of detailed event maps, and development of run orders and scripts for staff. On the event night, we seamlessly executed every aspect, ensuring flawless coordination with the venue to guarantee timely catering and smooth event proceedings.
Our team embarked on a remarkable transformation of the entire West Stand at Leeds United Stadium, fashioning it into an immersive 1920s Speakeasy Club. Leveraging every corner of the venue, we curated distinct themes for each space. Beginning downstairs, we crafted a rustic prohibition ambiance in the entrance and Bremner Suite, complete with wooden accents, barrels, and engaging activities like a rodeo bull and funfair stalls. Moving upstairs, the walkway exuded 1920s charm with monochrome signage, drapery, and Art Deco embellishments, accentuated by a life-sized vintage car for nostalgic photo opportunities.
Additional rooms were transformed for this themed event into a lively Casino Room and a luxurious Beauty Pamper Room, offering guests the choice to indulge in gaming or pampering services, all while savoring their favorite drinks. Each space boasted unique theming, with the Beauty Pamper Room exuding opulence through gold and black décor, including art deco elements and striking ostrich feather pieces.
The pièce de résistance was the Norman Hunter Suite, a mesmerizing ode to the 1920s. Adopting a monochrome palette, we adorned the space with a black and white dance floor, starlit drapery, and elegant feather table centerpieces. Authenticity was paramount, achieved through the inclusion of vintage props, such as grand entranceways and iconic 1920s silhouettes.
Entertainment offerings were carefully curated to transport guests to the Roaring 20s, featuring captivating performances by flapper dancers, tap dancers, magicians, and a live jazz singer. Additionally, celebrity DJ Gok Wan ensured the night was brimming with glitz and glamour.
