For their Conference and incentive trip, our client wanted to be able to offer a fabulous venue to their Eastern European business partners. The location had to be beautiful and striking and able to provide a 4/5 star hotel to hold a session of meetings and gala Dinner, plus offer fantastic excursions for all the business partners to enjoy.
After providing our client with several venue options, including a wide range of quality hotels and unique excursion options, they chose Hungary and the City of Budapest to hold their Conference and incentive event.
The beautiful President hotel was chosen to hold the event and conference allowing the ATM team to put together a Conference programme, a Gala dinner on the hotel’s roof top, an evening cruise with a meal inc entertainment and a unique Wine tasting visit to a local vineyard during the 4 day stay.
The ATM team liaised with the client throughout making sure the event was a complete success.
