Our client approached us with a clear vision of a Great Gatsby Awards Night event and a venue already secured, looking to transform the space into an immersive experience for their 2,000 employees. They wanted the evening to be brought to life with Great Gatsby themed props, interactive activities, and authentic design elements that captured the glamour and decadence of the era. Our brief was to elevate the concept, ensuring every detail reflected the Gatsby style while creating an engaging and memorable celebration for all attendees.

Our client approached us with a clear vision: a dazzling Great Gatsby–themed awards dinner to honour the dedication and achievements of their hardworking staff. With a guest list of 2,000 employees, the event needed to be immersive, bold, and unforgettable—a night that would not only celebrate success but also create meaningful connections across multiple branches.
The venue had already been secured, leaving it to our team to transform the space into a glamorous experience filled with themed décor, engaging activities, and show-stopping entertainment. The event needed to feel both grand and personal, ensuring every attendee felt valued while being swept up in the excitement of the Gatsby era. Our Solution:
Transform the venue into a Great Gatsby world of glamour
We headed to the Telford Convention Center where we created dramatic statement pieces—including Art Deco entrance features, bold gold-and-black installations, and even a vintage car—to set the tone from the moment guests arrived. To keep 2,000 employees engaged throughout the evening, we introduced a variety of themed activities such as immersive photo opportunities, casino tables, and Gatsby-inspired games. Every detail was carefully curated, from lighting and centrepieces to props and décor elements, ensuring the theme flowed seamlessly throughout the entire space. The result was a spectacular, high-impact celebration that honoured employees and delivered an unforgettable shared experience.
