At ATM Events, we believe the best events are the ones that bring people together, and few do this better than our clients bi-annual Family Fun Day. This year, we were once again invited to provide the entertainment and activities for their staff and families, helping transform the grounds of their site into a lively celebration space.

Our client wanted to create a relaxed, family-friendly day where employees and their loved ones could enjoy time together outside of work. Our focus was to deliver:
- Fun activities for all ages
- Interactive entertainment for children
- A programme that kept energy levels high throughout the day
Our Solution:
Our Fun Day Planners Got To Work
Having supported our clients Fun Days before, we drew on experience to shape this year’s offering:
- A wide range of giant inflatable games and activities, providing endless fun for kids (and plenty of friendly competition for adults too!)
- Traditional funfair stalls with prizes, giving families plenty of chances to win keepsakes
- Face painting, always a hit with the younger guests
- Circus performances and a children’s entertainer, bringing colour, laughter, and spectacle to the event
We also considered event flow and layout to make sure there was a good mix of high-energy and more relaxed entertainment options spread across the day. Careful positioning of inflatables and stalls meant that practical elements such as generators didn’t interfere with the fun, ensuring guests could enjoy the atmosphere without distraction.
Event day
Our Fun Day Planning Team arrived on site bright and early to set up, with everything ready to go by 11.30am. Unfortunately for us, the grass was still heavy with morning dew, so our socks were soaked through by then, but the sunshine soon dried us and set the perfect backdrop for the day.
Of course, outdoor events always bring surprises:
- Strong winds meant a few inflatables had to be briefly deflated for safety. We quickly adapted, extending circus shows and performances so the fun never stopped.
- Our team stayed hands-on, even chasing after runaway footballs to keep the games flowing for both children and adults.
It was all part of making sure the entertainment ran smoothly, and everyone felt taken care of.
The outcome
Our clients Corporate Family Fun Day was once again a resounding success, with families enjoying a safe, fun-packed day of laughter, games, and performances.
By delivering a strong programme of entertainment, we helped Gallagher’s show appreciation to their people in a memorable way. We’re proud to continue working with this valued client and are already looking forward to their next Fun Day in September 2027.
