Plan our Winter Wonderland Conference and Team Building Event
Our client returned to us after a successful event we delivered for them in 2022. Their goal for 20th November was to host a memorable Conference and Team Building day at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham, that combined a productive conference with engaging team building and an unforgettable evening of entertainment. They sought a dynamic team building activity to energise their delegates during the day and a themed evening event to close with fun, surprises, and celebration.

To meet their needs, we proposed Eastwood Hall as the ideal venue. Its 24-hour delegate package ensured delegates were well taken care of throughout, offering a delicious lunch, spacious conference facilities, and comfortable overnight accommodations for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
We delivered our immersive Diamond Heist team building event, a tabletop escape-room-style challenge. Teams worked together to crack the safe, retrieve the precious “diamond,” and race against the clock. The activity encouraged collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity while keeping the energy high. Delegates enjoyed solving puzzles, deciphering clues, and interacting with clever gadgets, creating a fun and competitive atmosphere. The winning team celebrated with medals and a bottle of bubbly, adding a touch of triumph to the day.
For the evening, our team transformed the venue into a magical Winter Wonderland. The conference space was completely reimagined with stunning decor, including life size polar bear and penguin props, snowmen, and a sleigh with reindeer. Wintery backdrops and icy lighting created a festive, enchanting ambiance.
Guests were treated to a delicious evening meal and entertained by our lively band, which kept the dance floor packed all night. One of the evening’s highlights was the Rodeo Reindeer, which provided plenty of laughs and competition as guests tried to master the challenge.
The event was a resounding success. Our client praised the smooth execution, creative details, and seamless coordination that allowed them to focus on their delegates without worry. The team building activity energised and engaged their team, while the evening party left everyone talking about the fun surprises and unforgettable atmosphere.
