When our client planned their annual conference at ACC Liverpool, they wanted to ensure that both evening events provided the perfect mix of networking, entertainment, and celebration. With two distinct visions in mind, our conference planning team crafted two unique experiences that left a lasting impression.
Client Vision:
Creating Unforgettable Corporate Social Evenings
For the first evening, the client wanted a relaxed sports bar feel where attendees could unwind after a day of conferencing. The goal was to create a casual and inviting space that encouraged networking while providing fun entertainment options.
The second evening was all about elegance and celebration. The Big Bravo Party was designed as a gala dinner to reflect over their past year. The client envisioned a sophisticated, outstanding atmosphere with show-stopping entertainment to make the night truly special.
Our Solution:
Night One: A Casual Sports Bar Experience
To achieve a laid-back yet engaging vibe, we transformed the space into a stylish sports bar setting with:
- A selection of food huts offering a variety of dishes, allowing guests to pick what they fancied.
- Arcade games spread throughout the room for attendees to enjoy some lighthearted competition.
- A vintage photobooth where guests could capture fun moments with fellow attendees.
The result? A relaxed and enjoyable evening where networking and entertainment blended seamlessly.
Night Two: The Big Bravo Party
For the gala dinner, we elevated the atmosphere with:
- Elegant seating arrangements and LED-branded centrepieces that changed colour in sync with the room’s lighting, creating a sleek, dynamic effect.
- A statement Dynamo Bar that added a touch of modern luxury to the space.
- Mesmerising aerial performers who wowed guests with breathtaking displays throughout dinner.
The contrast between both nights made the experience even more memorable, ensuring attendees enjoyed two completely different but equally impressive events.
