A Japanese Themed Corporate Event
Our client wanted to surprise their employees with an unforgettable Japanese Themed Corporate Event Christmas party that transported them to Japan without ever leaving Leeds. They envisioned an immersive, visually striking experience that embraced Japanese culture, from the décor and entertainment to the food and atmosphere. The challenge was to find a venue that could be completely transformed while ensuring seamless event management from start to finish.
Our Solution:
We secured TESTBED for the Japanese Themed Corporate Event, a blank canvas warehouse space in Leeds that allowed us to build an authentic Japanese-themed experience from the ground up. Our team meticulously planned and coordinated every element, from catering and entertainment to AV production and logistics, ensuring a flawless execution on the night. A high-tech AV setup brought the Tokyo streets to life with neon lighting, immersive projections, and dynamic soundscapes, fully immersing guests in the theme.
On arrival, guests were greeted by Geisha performers and stepped into a Tokyo-inspired space filled with neon signage, cityscape backdrops, and an Enka singer creating an atmospheric welcome. The dining area was transformed into a tranquil Japanese garden, complete with cherry blossoms, lanterns, and elegant styling. The entertainment was carefully curated to keep guests engaged throughout the night, featuring Kyoto dancers, a Japanese folk music duo, an illusionist, lion dancers & samurai performers. Instead of a traditional Christmas dinner, guests enjoyed an Asian-inspired sharing menu, featuring sushi, stir fry, curries, and unique desserts.
The relaxed area outside offered shisha & pizza whilst our dedicated activities room offered arcade games, a caricaturist and a clairvoyant, adding engaging touches to the night. By combining creative venue transformation, seamless event management, and immersive entertainment, we delivered an unforgettable event that exceeded our client’s vision.
