Their Vision:

Our client wanted to be able to provide a relaxed, fun theme for a team reward day, which could still be useable as the office cafeteria space.

As the location was within the office, it was important that disruption was kept to a minimum and ideally outside of office hours for set up. The client also wanted to provide some fun entertainment which wouldn’t disrupt the environment during the event.

Our Solution:

After providing our client with a number of different options, they decided on a 1920’s/Great Gatsby theme.  After visiting the site and discussions with the client, it was agreed that we would make maximum use of the space using Black LED Star-Cloth around the entire room, adding accents of gold with drapes at strategic points.

We then chose a black & gold theme for our props, including 6ft Martini Glasses, Ostrich Feather bouquets and an Art Deco entrance way, complete with gold carpet. We then used LED uplighters to add some further colour and mood to the room to great effect.

For the entertainment, we provided a fun Roulette table complete with croupier in addition to three fabulous ‘flapper-girls’ in full 1920’s attire. The dancers were a big hit, performing a number of routines to both modern songs with a Gatsby twist and 1920’s originals. In addition, they were happy to assist the client in delivery of some rewards later in the afternoon.
