OUR CLIENTS VISION
Our client, Dreams Come True is a national children’s charity that helps to enrich the lives of those living with serious medical conditions. The charity works tirelessly to help the dreams of those children become a reality.
Our client wanted to host a sophisticated charity gala with a delicious three course meal in the classy Grand De Vere Connaught Rooms in order to help raise money to make it possible for more dreams to become a reality.
Our client wanted the theme event to be high profile and enjoyable.
As a gesture of good will ATM Events sponsored the Dreams Come True Gala, providing all personalised table centres, lighting, audio and visual and classy entertainment including, three casino tables and some fun games such as hoopla and skull smasher.
The table centres perfectly complimented the venue as they embodied the same allure and sophistication of the Grand Connaught Rooms, perfectly creating that high profile atmosphere. Additionally the entertainment provided was a perfect choice for the attendees as they very much enjoyed beating the odds and placing their bets on blackjack, roulette and the wheel of fortune.
The evening kicked off with a champagne reception where all the guests had a chance to connect with one another and share a few laughs. Once the reception came towards an end the guests were ushered into the grand dining hall where they were greeted by the evenings host and the CEO of the charity.
Once the speeches had been made and a three course meal consisting of a salmon starter, beef main and three chocolate dessert was served with small intervals in-between each course. This allowed for addresses to be made by guests such as Jennie Bond and HRH Princess Michael of Kent.
Once the final course had been enjoyed, the auction took place where attendees had a chance to bag themselves some amazing prizes such as trips abroad, once in a life time experiences and hospitality packages with all proceeds going to charity.
As the night almost neared its end the guests were entertained by the amazing confusionist Sean Alexander, who performed some mind boggling tricks with a fabulous sense of humour and professionalism. The guests then had their chance to try their luck on the casino tables and fun stalls where they had chance to exchange fun money for casino chips and possibly win a bottle of champagne.
Overall the event was a brilliant success and client’s expectations were exceeded as was that of the attendees.
We wanted to provide an event for our staff that gave a wow factor as soon as we enterred the main room. ATM delivered this and more!! Overall the ATM team were with us every step of the way in making sure our unique demands were met. Quite simply the best event we have ever had!
ATM Events provided a fantastic service for our event. The staff were extremely friendly and bubbly, and ensured that the event ran smoothly right from the set up through to the de rig at the end of the evening. Right from the start the ATM Events team were brilliant at working with us to plan and co-ordinate a successful event even given the event had a very short time frame.
ATM organised an excellent Incentive trip for our staff and would recommend again. The days ran very smoothly and all the staff had a great experience. The Event Managers were really helpful, all in all an excellent 4 days in Barcelona.
We have been using ATM Events for the past 6 years and each time they come up with something different for our staff awards evening. Their dedication to every aspect of our event is always second to none and we will certainly continue to use ATM for any future events.
ATM Events take care of everything for us and the Silverstone Six facility was everything we were told it would be.The food, drink, location and atmosphere were all of the highest quality and the ATM team looked after us so well throughout the day.
