Bosch - Family Fun Day


Their Vision

This client approached us to provide them with a family fun day for 1,000 people and the venue was to be held within their head office grounds.


Our Solution

The venue was a blank canvas where we were able to put our expertise into use and fully event manage the logistics of the event. The infrastructure put in place consisted of four marquees, luxury toilet units, tables & chairs, bar areas, entertainment, themed food stalls, staffing, security, first aid, power and PA sound systems at various zones around the site.


The large site was split into zoned themed areas:

1. Seaside Zone: here guests were able to enjoy activities such as a live Kentucky Derby 8 lane race, traditional fairground rides including giant tea cups, fun house and dodgems and a built in branded mini golf course. Food stations available in this section consisted of fish & chips, ice creams, doughnuts and waffles. We were able to provide fantastic photo opportunities on our giant deck chairs and beach themed peep boards which were very popular and memorable for guests.

2. Gaming Zone: we were able to make the most of this area using our outdoor activities, bouncy castles, mega slides, rodeo bull’s, giant darts, bungee trampolines, climbing walls, table football & tennis and oversized garden games! Fun foods were on offer for the guests including wacky coloured candyfloss and popcorn

3. Virtual Zone:  the virtual play zone offered the latest interactive gaming for guests, installed was a huge digital graffiti wall, retro arcade games - space invaders, Formula 1 racing cars, street fighter, arctic and alpine ski machines. 

4. Mini Zone:  this zone was designed for the smaller children to be educating yet playful and safe. The grass area was surrounded by white picket fencing with soft play activities and smaller engaging inflatables and games.


The day was hosted by our MC who welcomed everyone and informed them of the schedule throughout the day thus allowing us to ensure every participant was involved and aware of all the activities available to them and ensure the day was full of energy, excitement and cheerfulness.
